A camera operator who follows your plan
If you already have a producer or director, the operator can work from their instructions. Share a shot list or a film you like, and explain what you want to capture. For an interview, let us know whether you need one camera or several angles. For an event, tell us whether you need full sessions, highlights or both.
Your equipment or ours
You can ask for an operator to use your cameras, or request cameras and lenses as part of the booking. If you have chosen the equipment, send the model names and any recording settings your editor needs. If you are unsure, describe the film and location so the team can suggest a suitable setup.
Leave time to set up and copy the footage
The operator needs time before filming to prepare the camera and check the picture. At the end, copying and checking the footage also takes time. Agree whether the files will go onto your drive or be sent online, and who will receive them.
