When your team is travelling or directing from another city, a local production contact can help bring the details together. Tell us where you are filming, who is attending and what you need help with. This may include venue contacts, crew arrival times or keeping several filming stops on schedule.
Check the location before the shoot
Confirm that filming is allowed and that the crew can enter with equipment. Share the room, entrance and contact details rather than only the street address. If you need help arranging a location visit or checking an outdoor filming plan, include it in your request.
Be clear about who is arranging what
Agree who is responsible for the venue, permissions, transport and any extra equipment. These tasks are not automatically included in a crew booking. A clear list prevents gaps and gives everyone a person to contact if the plan changes.
